Processing Times

As many of our jewellery pieces are personalised especially for you, please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking information.

Please remember that estimated delivery times are in addition to our 1–3 working day processing time.

Need Your Order Sooner?

A Royal Mail Special Delivery upgrade may be available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Please note that upgrading your delivery method speeds up delivery after dispatch. Our normal processing time still applies unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Occasionally, postal services may experience delays outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

International Delivery

International delivery options, where available, will be shown at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
