Processing Times

Many of our jewellery pieces are personalised especially for you.

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch unless a different processing time is shown on the individual product page.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery times are in addition to our 1–3 working day processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking information.

Express Delivery

A Royal Mail Special Delivery upgrade may be available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Please note that upgrading your delivery method speeds up delivery after dispatch. Our normal processing time still applies unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, postal services may experience delays outside of our control.

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will be happy to help.

Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Additional postage charges may apply where redelivery is required because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, or where delivery could not be completed for reasons outside our control.

Any additional charges will be explained before the order is resent.

International Delivery

International delivery options, where available, will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by customs processing.

International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are normally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
