• Take the photo straight-on in good natural light where possible
• Avoid blurred images, heavy shadows or filters
• We can also work with existing paw print keepsakes where possible

• Your chosen paw print will be engraved onto the front of the heart pendant
• Optional engraving can be added to the reverse
• Add a name, meaningful date or short message to the back
• If back engraving is selected, enter your wording in the message box provided
• Please check all spelling, names and dates carefully before placing your order

• A small filling kit is included with your necklace
• Carefully unscrew the small side screw using the screwdriver provided
• Place the funnel into the opening
• Use the filling pin to gently guide a small amount of ashes, hair or another tiny keepsake into the pendant
• Only a very small amount is required
• Replace the screw securely once filled

Each necklace is personalised to order and is usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an express delivery option available at checkout where offered.
